Senior Product Definition Analyst

"Common accountabilities:
\n - Has working experience and advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in own discipline. Understands how own area contributes to the business. Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience and supports junior team members.?
\n - Influences decisions related to own activity, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments.?
\n - Works independently within plan dictated by manager, with some guidance on most complex situations.
\n Specific accountabilities:
\n Assess requirements
\n * Build, maintain and share the functional knowledge of our processes, services and usage of end user products.
\n * Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management.
\n * Consolidate and articulate business needs into new product concepts or upgrades
\n * Size specification and validation work.
\n * Support stakeholders in doing sufficient analysis to ensure requirements are ready to be worked on
\n Carry out functional design
\n * Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications and present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders.
\n * Interface with relevant divisions and departments to identify interactions with other applications and ensure functional compatibility.
\n Overview validation
\n * Contribute to the implementation of the test strategy, and review test plan, to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity
\n * Ensure traceability of tests with specifications
\n * Ensure production integrity by investigating, validating and prioritizing reported incidents.
\n Manage relations with key stakeholders
\n * Interface and communicate with Product Management, Project management, Customer Services, Implementation, Migration and Development teams.
\n * Interface with the customer during requirements understanding, functional specification, testing and implementation phases."
