Job Description
- Only candidates based out of/open to relocate to Mumbai should apply \n
- Only candidates with 4-7 years post-qualification experience should apply \n\n
- Craft legally compliant advertising material, including claims and product promotions. \n
- Awareness of product and artwork approval processes. \n
- Advising on derisking product portfolio from innovation to claim substantiation. \n
- Managing any complaints filed against the Company and taking proactive steps to challenge unfair competition claims. \n
- Litigation and legal notices management pertaining to the business category. \n
- Vetting and drafting of various kinds of agreements viz. contract and transaction support for the business, including support functions. \n
- Responding to high-risk consumer complaints. \n
- Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management and business as per on applicable policies & laws. \n
- Knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights. \n\n
- An LLB degree from a recognized university or institution. \n
- Experience in handling legal matters in the FMCG or food industry. \n
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks within the industry. \n
- Proven expertise in contract management and negotiations. \n
- Ability to manage consumer complaints and disputes. \n
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
