Job Description
Key Responsibilities \n

- Install, configure, and commission electronic test equipment at customer sites. \n
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware and software-related issues. \n
- Diagnose and troubleshoot PCB, circuit, and system-level faults. \n
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training programs. \n
- Assist customers in implementing testing methodologies and application workflows. \n
- Prepare service reports, installation records, and technical documentation. \n
- Coordinate with internal R&D and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance. \n
- Prepare service quotations, support AMC activities, and follow up on customer requirements. \n
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of service satisfaction. \n
- Travel to customer locations for installations, maintenance, and technical support as required. \n
