Job Description

Key Responsibilities \n

  • Install, configure, and commission electronic test equipment at customer sites.
  • \n
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware and software-related issues.
  • \n
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot PCB, circuit, and system-level faults.
  • \n
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training programs.
  • \n
  • Assist customers in implementing testing methodologies and application workflows.
  • \n
  • Prepare service reports, installation records, and technical documentation.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with internal R&D and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
  • \n
  • Prepare service quotations, support AMC activities, and follow up on customer requirements.
  • \n
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
  • \n
  • Travel to customer locations for installations, maintenance, and technical support as required.
