\nRole : Business Analyst/Product Manager - Salesforce (Dealer Management System)
\nLocation : Chennai (Work from office)
\nRole Summary:
\nThe Business analyst / Product Manager DMS will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce-based Dealer Management System (DMS) . This role ensures that the system effectively supports CRM, Sales, and Service functions , enhances operational efficiency, and aligns with business objectives.
\nDMS Implementation & Enhancement (30%)

- Lead the deployment of Salesforce DMS by gathering user requirements, designing solutions, and implementing best-fit features. \n
- Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption. \n
- Continuously evaluate and enhance system performance to meet evolving business needs. \n
System Support & Maintenance (20%)

- Provide technical support to resolve user issues and minimize system downtime. \n
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for system stability. \n
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination (20%)

- Act as the primary point of contact with Salesforce and other vendors for issue resolution, updates, and system enhancements. \n
- Ensure timely upgrades, patches, and training to maintain system efficiency. \n
Data Management & Reporting (20%)
\n- \n
- Generate custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making across departments. \n
- Ensure data integrity and optimize reporting capabilities for business insights. \n
Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%)

- Partner with IT and business teams to integrate DMS with Ramco ERP, Telematics, HSRP, CRM, and other applications . \n
- Design and implement seamless data exchange mechanisms for enhanced workflow automation. \n

- BE, MCA, MBA \n
- Experience: 5+ years in Dealer Management Systems / Vehicle Sales & Service Software \n
- Proficiency in Salesforce solutions , including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Auto Cloud \n
- Prior experience in Salesforce Business Analysis, System Architecture, Project Management (PMO) \n
