### Responsibilities:

%CF; Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI capabilities.

%CF; Configure and implement Agentforce agents, topics, actions, prompts, and conversation flows to automate business processes and enhance user experiences.

%CF; Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations to support Agentforce implementations.

%CF; Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements and user stories into scalable Agentforce and Salesforce solutions.

%CF; Configure Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Copilot Actions, Data Cloud integrations, and AI-driven workflows based on business needs.

%CF; Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and third-party applications.

%CF; Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are followed while implementing AI-powered solutions.

%CF; Perform unit testing, system testing, deployment, and documentation for Agentforce implementations.

%CF; Monitor Agentforce performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize AI responses and automation processes.

%CF; Update Project Managers on development progress, risks, dependencies, and roadblocks impacting project timelines.

%CF; Participate in Agile ceremonies, client discussions, solution design sessions, and status meetings.

### Qualifications:

#### Required Skills / Qualifications:

%CF; 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation projects.

%CF; Experience working on at least 2–3 end-to-end Salesforce projects in a developer role.

%CF; Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.

%CF; Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, and Copilot capabilities.

%CF; Strong experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, Triggers, and Salesforce security model.

%CF; Experience building custom actions, prompts, automation workflows, and AI-powered business processes within Salesforce.

%CF; Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, and external services.

%CF; Understanding of Data Cloud, CRM data models, and AI-driven customer engagement solutions.

%CF; Salesforce AI Specialist Certification and/or Agentforce Specialist Certification.

%CF; Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer II Certification.

%CF; Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein GPT implementations.

%CF; Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

%CF; Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Omni-Channel solutions.

%CF; Experience with Prompt Engineering and Generative AI concepts.

%CF; Knowledge of Reports & Dashboards, SOQL & SOSL.

%CF; Experience with CI/CD, DevOps Center, Git, and Salesforce deployment tools.

%CF; Strong understanding of Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Security Best Practices.

%CF; Experience with data migration and large-scale Salesforce implementations.
