- Ability to discuss & understand customer’s requirements and offer solutions in line with our trusted 3D approach of discover, design & deploy. \n
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management. \n
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. \n
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the Senior Management team. \n
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in the networking or cybersecurity industry and continuously enhance product knowledge. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and customer support, to address customer needs and provide exceptional service. \n
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitors. \n
Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills:
\n- \n
- Bachelors / Masters in Engineering / Technology / Sales & Marketing \n
- Proven track record of 3 to 7 years in sales, with At least 2 – 3 years domain experience in selling Networking & /or Cybersecurity products and solutions. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively. \n
- Should be able to design, develop and implement a Business Development Strategy \n
- Adept at relationship building resulting in achieving the revenue and growth targets annually \n
- Establish and expand the Company’s brand throughout the Partner community \n
- Should have experience in doing presentations, demonstrations, conducting evaluations, preparing proposals, responding to RFPs. \n
