Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Generation

- Identify, develop, and
\n manage key corporate and institutional clients to achieve sales targets. \n - Create and implement
\n effective sales strategies to expand the corporate client base. \n - Drive revenue growth by
\n acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. \n - Conduct market research to
\n identify potential business opportunities and industry trends. \n - Develop and nurture
\n relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships. \n - Act as the primary point of
\n contact for high-value corporate accounts. \n - Provide customized solutions
\n to corporate clients based on their business needs. \n - Negotiate contracts,
\n pricing, and service agreements. \n - Develop and execute
\n strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets. \n - Work closely with marketing
\n teams to create sales campaigns and promotional activities. \n - Conduct corporate
\n presentations, product demos, and business pitches. \n - Monitor competitor
\n activities and market trends to refine sales strategies. \n - Coordinate with internal
\n teams (operations, finance, marketing, and customer service) to ensure
\n seamless service delivery. \n - Guide and mentor junior
\n sales executives to improve their performance. \n - Work closely with senior
\n leadership to align sales strategies with business objectives. \n - Track sales performance,
\n analyze trends, and prepare reports for senior management. \n - Use CRM tools to manage
