- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the vertical achieves its performance and quality goals. \n
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align objectives and optimise resources. \n
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and organisations within the education sector. \n
- Drive revenue generation initiatives while maintaining the not-for-profit ethos. \n
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation. \n
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams to foster a high-performance culture. \n
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational policies and standards. \n\n
- A strong educational background with at least two years of experience in Post K12 segment. \n
- Proven experience in leadership roles within consumer internet ecosystem. \n
- A track record of achieving organisational growth and operational excellence. \n
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. \n
