Job Description

As a Transformation Manager you will be working with the development functions across the verticals like scooter development, charging infrastructure, accessories & merchandise (mechanical, electrical, hardware, firmware, software) to Set-up / Strengthen the processes and systems that affect the key Development KPIs (Cost, Timeline, Quality).
\n You will need to apply your product development understanding to identify the gaps / blockers to improve the development processes. You will also have to work with the development internal audit teams to get feedback on the performance of the processes and systems that has been set up.

\n Product Development Cycle Optimization: The development teams go through the product development cycle for all upcoming projects as per the org development roadmap. As a Transformation Manager, you will have to identify the root cause for discrepancies in the processes and systems that affect the CTQ metrics, identify the action plans, and execute them accordingly. You will have to analyze the root cause of the P0/P1 (critical) gaps in the development product life cycle suggest corrective and preventive actions and track them for closure through the respective functions
\n Digitalization: As a Transformation Manager, you are responsible for improving the PLM / Team Center digital transformation tools being used as part of process and systems improvements. You are expected to come up with business case, look at the ROI and Impact of the Digitalization and also work on PRD and Solutioning along with the Tech developers and do UAT, Training and initial handholding of the tool post deployment, identify for continuous improvement with respect to features being used, optimize the cost of usage, improve the quality, and speed of execution of the output

\n What kind of experience & skills do I need for this role?
\n PLM / Team Center champion and End to End Automotive Development Product Life Cycle Understanding from Concept to Start of Sales
\n Ability to identify the gaps and the opportunities for improvement w.r.t to Process and Systems
\n Expertise in APQP, FMEA, Change Management. Working experience in designing and improving development processes and systems across various domains.

\n Some attributes that you bring to this role?
\n Expert on Product Lifecycle Management tools like Teamcenter, ERP software like SAP, Collaboration tools like JIRA, Basic understanding of simulation tools like ANSYS, Matlab is a plus

\n What should I have graduated in?
\n Bachelors/Masters Degree in a quantitative discipline, e.g. Engineering with 10 to 12 years of experience in 2W / 4W automotive product development
\n Team Center End to End implementation
\n Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
