Manager-Finance (FDD)

• Lead and execute end-to-end financial due diligence for potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and development deals across the assigned zones.

• Review and analyse financial statements, management reports, forecasts, and business plans to assess the financial health and risks of target companies.
\n
• Consolidate findings into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the senior leadership team.
\n
• Collaborate with external consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders (Legal, Investments, Tax, and Finance) to ensure comprehensive deal evaluation.
\n
• Present due diligence outcomes to senior management with clarity and commercial context to aid in investment decision-making.
\n

• Oversee the timely preparation and filing of Direct Tax returns and Tax Audit Reports, coordinating with tax consultants, auditors, and site finance teams.
\n
• Ensure accurate computation and timely payment of quarterly advance taxes.
\n
• Monitor monthly TDS payments, compile TDS data, and oversee timely filing of TDS returns.
\n
• Manage queries, notices, and investigations from Direct Tax Authorities in coordination with consultants.
\n
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess the impact of new laws, rules, or circulars on the business.
\n
• Support leadership in ensuring tax compliance and risk mitigation across the zone.
\n

• Support strategic financial planning and investment decision-making by providing deep insights into business risks and financial trends.
\n
• Engage with business heads, legal, liaison, and project teams to ensure due diligence inputs align with broader project feasibility assessments.
\n
• Assist in the development of financial strategies to enhance deal value and mitigate risks.
\n

Who are we looking for?

Qualification:

• CA Qualified
\n

Experience:

Manager: 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in financial due diligence, preferably in the real estate sector.

Senior Manager: 6 8+ years of strong experience in financial due diligence, direct taxation, and investment analysis, ideally with exposure to large-scale real estate or infrastructure deals.
