Lead - Vehicle Dynamics

? Responsible for defining test strategies for different functional attributes like Comfort, Handling and Brakes in vehicle dynamics
\n ? Responsible for system level and vehicle level testing of VD attributes
\n ? Responsible for benchmarking vehicles testing in terms VD
\n ? Developing robust design validation plans to cover all the test cases pertaining to VD
\n ? Responsible for execution of test cases with the given resources and delivering on time
\n ? Raising bugs and highlighting the critical failures in the system/vehicle well before each design stage
\n ? Responsible for execution of test cases with the given resources and delivering on time
\n ? Work closely with Attributes and Product teams and develop capabilities for testing the attributes
\n ? Working with multi disciplinary teams and developing a better products
\n ? Representing product validation team in cross functional meetings and directing the tasks to respective testing teams
\n ? Responsible for test standards/procedure creation suit the testing needs

\n ? Strong understanding of electric vehicle and performance
\n ? Proven experience in vehicle dynamics attributes of Handling, comfort, brakes and ergo
\n ? Expertise in VD objective data measurement and analysis
\n ? Excellent communication skills
\n ? Excellent data visualization skills
