Our client, a market-leading services organization, is seeking a visionary Digital Transformation Head to spearhead the strategic planning, execution, and governance of its enterprise-wide digital initiatives. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving innovation, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experiences through cutting-edge digital solutions.

- Strategic Vision & Roadmap \n
- Develop and lead the execution of a holistic digital transformation strategy aligned with overarching business goals. \n
- Chart a multiyear transformation roadmap with clear prioritization of high-impact initiatives. \n
- Change Management & Adoption \n
- Design and implement effective change management strategies to ensure successful uptake of digital initiatives \n
- Drive digital literacy and capabilities through training and stakeholder engagement. \n
- Cross-Functional Collaboration \n
- Partner with departments such as IT, operations, marketing, finance, and external vendors to co-create and integrate digital solutions. \n
- Technology Adoption & Optimization \n
- Identify, assess, and implement emerging technologies (e.g., AI, cloud, IoT, data analytics) to modernize systems and processes. \n
- Optimize IT infrastructure and enable scalable, secure, and agile digital platforms. \n
- Governance & Performance Tracking \n
- Define KPIs and monitor the impact of digital initiatives to ensure ROI and continuous improvement. \n
- Establish governance frameworks to oversee project execution, risk mitigation, and benefits realization. \n
- Team Leadership & Capability Building \n
- Build and lead a high-performing digital transformation team, fostering a culture of innovation. \n
- Develop talent pipelines and mentor next-generation digital leaders \n
Qualifications & Experience:

- 13 + years in transformation, digital strategy, or IT/digital leadership roles. \n
- Experience crafting and executing large-scale transformation strategies and roadmaps. \n
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and application in business contexts. \n
- Prior exposure to AI, cloud, digital platforms, automation, and data-driven solutions. \n
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and foster digital adoption across varied teams. \n
- Skilled in defining performance metrics, managing transformation governance, budget planning, and risk control. \n
- Strong storytelling and executive presence, capable of aligning stakeholders with transformation vision. \n
