Job Description

- Define and implement the long-term people strategy in alignment with business goals. \n
- Partner with CXOs and senior leadership teams to drive organisational priorities. \n
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing HR teams across all verticals. \n
- Own the complete employee lifecycle including workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, development, engagement, and exit. \n
- Strengthen HR operations-payroll accuracy, compliance, audits, MIS, and lifecycle governance. \n
- Standardise and scale HR processes across multiple delivery centres and project environments. \n
- Lead the TA function to ensure predictable hiring across technical, operational, and leadership roles. \n
- Build and refine the hiring engine to support project-based staffing needs and fluctuating talent demand. \n
- Drive employer branding, workforce planning, and leadership hiring effectiveness. \n
- Lead PMS redesign, competency modelling, and performance frameworks aligned to project-based delivery. \n
- Drive HR technology implementations and upgrades-HRMS, automation, analytics reporting. \n
- Oversee organisational design initiatives including structures, spans & layers, and role clarity. \n
- Lead structured change management during scale, restructuring, or process redesign phases. \n
- Build learning programs for managers, project leaders, and technical teams. \n
- Drive culture initiatives that strengthen collaboration, accountability, and performance orientation. \n
- Develop leadership programs, succession planning, and talent reviews. \n
- Embed employee experience frameworks and engagement mechanisms. \n
- Partner with senior leadership across business units, project teams, and support functions. \n
- Influence decisions through data, insights, and people analytics. \n
- Navigate matrix environments and manage cross-functional expectations effectively. \n\n
- 15+ years of HR experience post-MBA in HR from a reputed institute. \n
- Proven end-to-end HR leadership across TA, HRBP, HR Ops, Payroll, L&D, Compliance. \n
- Experience leading HR transformation projects-PMS redesign, HR tech, policy frameworks, OD. \n
- Strong exposure to multi-site operations, preferably in tech, engineering, or project-based environments. \n
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in evolving, fast-changing setups. \n
- Experience leading teams of 10+ professionals across HR verticals. \n
- Experience in tech services, project-based delivery organisations, GCCs, co-working, real estate services, engineering services, or multi-location operations. \n
- Exposure to frontline + corporate workforce blends. \n
- Strong HR analytics and systems orientation. \n
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
