Job Description
- Lead supply chain for a high‑growth luxury beauty portfolio \n
- Own imports, compliance & premium logistics operations end‑to‑end \n\n
- Lead end‑to‑end logistics for beauty products, including imports, warehousing, distribution and 3PL management \n
- Manage import documentation, customs clearance and compliance for India's beauty‑specific regulatory requirements (BIS/WPC/WCCB/ingredients restrictions) \n
- Ensure timely inbound/outbound flow of goods, inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations \n
- Drive supplier/vendor performance, cost optimisation and contract negotiations \n
- Implement and monitor KPIs for logistics service providers to achieve service excellence \n
- Oversee reverse logistics, replenishment planning, dispatch scheduling and transportation allocation \n
- Maintain SOPs for international shipments, local deliveries and compliance workflows \n
- Lead projects involving regulatory approvals, certification, and supply chain system enhancements \n
- Partner cross‑functionally with commercial, retail, finance and global logistics teams \n
- Mentor and guide operational teams to strengthen capability and process adherence \n\n
- 10-15 years of experience in supply chain/logistics operations, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, skincare or personal care categories \n
- Strong knowledge of import procedures, customs processes and India‑specific compliances for beauty products \n
- Demonstrated ability to manage 3PL partners, warehouse operations and domestic/international logistics flows \n
- Proven track record in cost optimisation, process improvement and operational excellence \n
- Experience handling high‑SKU environments with precision and speed \n
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and team leadership skills \n
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; comfort working in a fast‑paced, premium/luxury environment
