Job Description
- Help shape how millions of users across South engage with meaningful experiences \n
- Be part of building India's fastest-growing app rooted in spirituality and tech \n\n
- Lead end-to-end performance marketing across Meta, Google App Campaigns, YouTube, OEMs, affiliate networks, and regional ad partners. \n
- Scale high-intent app installs and continuously improve retention and LTV. \n
- Build and execute region-wise growth plans with monthly and quarterly KPIs. \n
- Develop region-specific acquisition strategies tailored for:KarnatakaTamil NaduAndhra Pradesh & TelanganaKerala \n
- Leverage cultural, linguistic, and behavioral insights to improve targeting and creative resonance. \n
- Identify key festivals, moments, and regional opportunities to amplify growth. \n
- Collaborate with creatives to produce localized ads in regional languages. \n
- Run systematic A/B tests across messaging, visuals, and formats. \n
- Work hands-on with attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Branch, Firebase, GA). \n
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, retention cohorts, and user funnel metrics. \n
- Share weekly and monthly insights with cross-functional teams. \n
- Work with product, content, central marketing, and regional teams. \n
- Build partnerships with OEMs, publishers, vernacular platforms, and regional influencers. \n\n
- 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing for mobile apps. \n
- Strong expertise in Meta & Google App Campaigns. \n
- Fluency in Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / (any one required). \n
- Strong analytical abilities; comfortable with MMPs, dashboards, and experimentation. \n
- Deep cultural understanding of South Indian user behavior. \n
- Comfortable owning budgets, performance goals, and experimentation roadmaps.
