• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting automated test solutions using LabVIEW and NI TestStand.
\n
• 5+ years of experience in electronics engineering and hands-on troubleshooting.
\n
• Working knowledge of AT Easy software.
\n
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate technical issues clearly to cross-functional teams.
\n
• Ability to provide full support to the MES site, including troubleshooting, test updates, and status communication.
\n
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
\n

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Develop and maintain automated test applications in LabVIEW and test sequences in TestStand for production and engineering use.
\n
• Interpret AT Easy legacy tests and recreate equivalent tests in LabVIEW and TestStand.
\n
• Create reusable test modules and drivers, configure test steps, and standardize coding practices to improve maintainability.
\n
• Standardize LabVIEW packed libraries and apply LabVIEW and TestStand best practices.
\n
• Integrate instruments and hardware I/O (e.g., DMMs, power supplies, DAQ systems, and switching) and validate end-to-end test coverage.
\n
• Troubleshoot analog and digital circuits at the board and system level using lab equipment(oscilloscope, DMM, DC Calibrator, Waveform generator, etc).
\n
• Use schematics to guide debug plans, validate connector pinouts, and confirm component level interactions.
