Job Description
- Opportunity to work with a renowned venture capital fund \n
- Gain exposure within statutory compliance, FP&A, legal, tax & internal controls \n\n
- Ensure statutory, legal, and regulatory compliance \n
- Lead FP&A - budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis \n
- Oversee portfolio analysis, valuation, monitoring, and reporting \n
- Manage investor relations and stakeholder communication \n
- Supervise audits, enforce internal controls, and implement risk management \n
- Drive automation to improve accounting, compliance, and reporting \n
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 6-8 professionals \n\n
- CA with 4-6 years' relevant experience in corporate finance \n
- Experience in PE/VC/alternative funds, M&A Deals is a good to have \n
- Deep understanding of fund structures, audits, regulations, and automation \n
- Has managed teams; with mentoring & development skills \n
- Familiarity with automation tools
