Job Description
- Only candidates based out of/open to relocate to Delhi to apply \n
- Only candidates with 4-8 years post-qualification experience to apply \n\n
- The successful applicant will report directly to the Practice Head and the Founding Partner. \n
- Lead and manage a team of practitioners and be responsible for end to end execution of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business combinations \n
- Provide strategic and commercially sound legal advice on general corporate matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance \n
- Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes. \n
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction. \n
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive and informed advice to clients. \n\n
- Law Graduate with 4-8 years of post qualification experience in the Law Firm space \n
- Experience in leading Corporate transactions end-to-end for clients across sectors \n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
