Role : CMDB Analyst (Contract)

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Strong knowledge of CSDM concepts
\n - Understanding of CI lifecycle, relationships & governance
\n - Experience in CMDB data quality improvement & KPI tracking
\n - Maintain and manage CMDB data, including Configuration Items (CIs) and relationships
\n - Ensure CMDB data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
\n - Perform regular data audits and health checks
\n - Define and enforce CMDB governance standards and naming conventions
\n - Validate and reconcile Discovery data with CMDB records
\n - Support Change Management with impact analysis and dependency mapping
\n - Work closely with IT infrastructure, application, and support teams
\n - Generate CMDB health and compliance reports
\n - Identify and resolve duplicate, stale, or inaccurate CI records
