Role Summary:

- Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. \n
Sales Leadership:

- Direct and motivate the sales team, establishing clear goals and performance metrics while offering continuous support. \n
- Build and sustain strong relationships with major clients, distributors, and partners. \n
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. \n
Marketing Strategy:

- Design and implement marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and showcase product offerings. \n
- Leverage digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing methods to stimulate demand and attract leads. \n
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs. \n

Performance Monitoring:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Engineering; an MBA or higher qualification is preferred. \n
- At least 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive or mechanical components field. \n
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing effective teams while executing impactful marketing strategies. \n
- Strong knowledge of the automotive components market, including customer requirements and industry trends. \n
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. \n
- Ability to think strategically and implement plans effectively. \n
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. \n
