Sales Leadership:

  • Direct and motivate the sales team, establishing clear goals and performance metrics while offering continuous support.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with major clients, distributors, and partners.
  • \n
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Design and implement marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and showcase product offerings.

  • Leverage digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing methods to stimulate demand and attract leads.

  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.

Business Growth:

  • Identify and explore new business avenues, including strategic partnerships and untapped market segments.

Performance Monitoring:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering; an MBA or higher qualification is preferred.
  • \n
  • At least 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive or mechanical components field.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing effective teams while executing impactful marketing strategies.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive components market, including customer requirements and industry trends.
  • \n
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to think strategically and implement plans effectively.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
