Job Description

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Professional Services and TAM organisation.
Own delivery excellence for implementations, technical onboarding, integrations, and solution customisation.
Act as the senior technical escalation point for strategic customers.
Engage directly with clients to understand technical requirements, architectural constraints, and integration needs.
Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure smooth transitions, solution feasibility, and customer alignment.
Build repeatable delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to enhance time‑to‑value.
Oversee resource planning, project governance, forecasting, and utilisation.
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through high‑quality technical engagement.
Establish KPIs and operational metrics for service delivery and team performance.
Contribute to strategic planning, product feedback loops, and organisational scaling.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director of Professional Services should have:

10-15+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or similar functions within a SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
Strong technical background-experience with cloud platforms, APIs/integrations, enterprise architectures, and complex deployments.
Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams (TAMs, consultants, implementation engineers, etc.).
Exceptional client-facing communication skills with the ability to engage at both technical and executive levels.
Demonstrated success driving enterprise implementations and solving complex customer challenges.
Strong operational mindset-comfortable with forecasting, planning, processes, and delivery governance.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
A passion for building teams, improving processes, and delivering high-value customer outcomes.
