Job Description

- Restructure and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives of the company. \n
- Oversee end - to - end HR function. \n
- Manage performance appraisal systems to drive a high-performance culture. \n
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. \n
- Design and execute training and development programmes for employees. \n
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning, budgeting and organisational development. \n
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace satisfaction. \n
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts effectively. \n\n
- A degree in Human Resources, Labour law or a related field. \n
- Proven expertise in HR operations, including recruitment, training and industrial relations. \n
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices in the manufacturing sector. \n
- Experience in the packaging industry or similar manufacturing environments. \n
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
