Job Title: Event Marketer

\nKey Responsibilities
\n%CF; Research and evaluate conferences and events that align with our target audience
\n%CF; Coordinate with conference organizers to understand sponsorship models, get attendee lists, and assess fit
\n%CF; Finalize participation and budgets based on event goals, costs, and ROI potential
\n%CF; Plan and manage all logistics, including ticketing, giveaways, booths, signage, and collateral
\n%CF; Lead the execution of private dinners and small-format hosted events including venue scouting, restaurant shortlisting, menu finalization, and experience design
\n%CF; Collaborate with product marketing, performance marketing, sales, and ops to align on event strategy, targeting, and messaging
\n%CF; Translate brand positioning into event messaging, content, and on-site presence
\n%CF; Coordinate landing pages, invites, brochures, social teasers, and post-event follow-up materials
\n%CF; Manage RSVPs, track attendance, and ensure guest experience is seamless and aligned with our brand
\n%CF; Track and report key metrics like engagement, meetings booked, pipeline influenced, and overall event ROI
\n%CF; Run event retrospectives to document learnings and improve future execution
\n%CF; Communicate proactively with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to keep plans on track
\nWhat We're Looking For
\n%CF; 1–2 years of experience in B2B event/field marketing or similar roles %CF; Strong planning, project management, and execution skills
\n%CF; Creative thinker with an eye for experiences that stand out
\n%CF; Great communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills %CF; Comfortable owning multiple events across cities and formats
\nBonus If You Have:
\n%CF; Experience organizing small-format events (private CXO dinners, roundtables, roadshows)
\n%CF; Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, HubSpot and Luma
