Rigi Club - Senior Growth Marketer
Job Description
We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Growth Marketer to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll own and scale performance marketing across multiple paid channels, working closely with creative and growth teams to drive efficient user acquisition and long-term retention.
\nResponsibilities:
\n%CF; Own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other paid channels.
\n%CF; Manage and scale multiple acquisition channels, allocating budgets based on performance, ROI, and growth goals.
\n%CF; Track, analyse, and report on key metrics such as CTR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversions, translating insights into action.
\n%CF; Lead A/B testing and experimentation across creatives, ad copies, audiences, funnels, and landing pages.
\n%CF; Work closely with creative and content teams to brief, iterate, and optimise ad assets using performance insights.
\n%CF; Partner with product and growth teams to improve funnel efficiency, onboarding, and retention.
\n%CF; Forecast budgets, monitor spend, and ensure efficient scaling while maintaining strong ROI.
\n%CF; Stay updated on platform changes, new ad formats, and emerging growth opportunities.
\nRequirements:
\n%CF; 3–7 years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
\n%CF; Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one additional paid channel.
\n%CF; Proven ability to own and scale performance across multiple channels simultaneously.
\n%CF; Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and performance dashboards.
\n%CF; Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, pixels, and UTM frameworks.
\n%CF; Strong intuition for how creatives, messaging, and landing pages impact performance.
\n%CF; Comfortable operating with ownership, ambiguity, and fast-paced growth goals.
