JOB DESCRIPTION:
\n '56; The team member will be a part of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning,
\n Algorithmic Decision-Making Team (AIML - ADM) and will be working in a fast-paced
\n environment.
\n '56; They will be enabling clients to discover how they can leverage their data using
\n advanced and sophisticated AI/ML algorithms.
\n '56; Data Scientists in the AIML-ADM team should have the capability to work on
\n independent statistical and machine learning research/ projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n • Ability to understand a problem statement and implement analytical solutions &
\n techniques independently with independently/proactively/thought-leadership.
\n • Team management and strong stakeholder management skills
\n • Leadership skills to manage a span of Data Scientists
\n • Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for
\n leveraging company/client data to drive business solutions.
\n • Fast learner: ability to learn and pick up a new language/tool/ platform quickly.
\n • Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis.
\n • Conduct research and prototyping innovations; data and requirements gathering;
\n solution scoping and architecture; consulting clients and clients facing teams on
\n advanced statistical and machine learning problems.
\n • Collaborate and Coordinate with different functional teams (engineering and
\n product development) to implement models and monitor outcomes.
\n • Ability to deliver AIML based solutions around a host of domains and problems, with
\n some of them being Customer Segmentation & Targeting, Propensity Modelling,
\n Churn Modelling, Lifetime Value Estimation, Forecasting, Recommender Systems,
\n Modelling Response to Incentives, Marketing Mix Optimization, Price Optimization

QUALIFICATIONS:
\n REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
\n • 5.6-11 years in core Data Science & Machine Learning projects
\n • Expert level proficiency in at least one of R and Python.
\n • Ability to create efficient solutions to complex problems. Strong skills in datastructures and ML algorithms.
\n • Experience of working on end-to-end data science pipeline: problem scoping, data
\n gathering, EDA, modelling, insights, visualizations, monitoring and maintenance.
\n • Problem-solving: Ability to break the problem into small parts and applying relevant
\n techniques to drive required outcomes.
\n • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of machine learning, probability theory,
\n statistics, and algorithms. You will be required to discuss and use various algorithms
\n and approaches daily.
\n • We use regression, Bayesian methods, tree-based learners, SVM, RF, XGBOOST, time
\n series modelling, dimensionality reduction, SEM, GLM, GLMM, clustering, Deep
\n learning etc. on a regular basis. If you know few of them, you are good to go.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
\n • Experience in one of the upcoming technologies like deep learning, NLP, image
\n processing, recommender systems
\n • Experience of working in on one or more domains:
\n • CPG: pricing and promotion analytics, marketing analytics, trade promotions, supply
\n chain management
\n • BFSI: cross-sell, up-sell, campaign analytics, treasury analytics, fraud detection
\n • Healthcare: medical adherence, medical risk profiling, EHR data, fraud-waste-abuse
\n • Experience in working with Linux computing environment and use of command line
\n tools like sed/awk
\n • Good grasp on databases including RDBMS, NoSQL, MongoDB etc.
\n EDUCATION:
\n B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree OR Equivalent
