Regional Manager (Northern region)
Job Description
Visit and manage assigned markets in the Northern region, including Lucknow and Varanasi.
\nPlan and execute new product launch activities to create market awareness and demand.
\nSet branch-wise distributor sales targets and monitor achievement.
\nFollow up with distributors to ensure regular ordering and optimum stock levels.
\nCoordinate with manufacturing plants to ensure timely supply of products to customers.
\nAchieve monthly sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
\nTrack and analyze primary and secondary sales performance of distributor branches.
\nCirculate and implement product promotional activities across the Service Partner Network.
\nConduct regular sub-distributor and retailer meetings to strengthen relationships and increase sales.
\nMonitor market competition and provide feedback to management.
