Roles & Responsibilities:

Understand the applicable regulatory and legal requirements related to Data, digital , Information technology and Information and Cyber security and implement a compliance framework

Implement and monitor reporting mechanisms on the compliance levels on a periodic basis

Monitor and review compliance with risk management strategies and practices to ensure Digital and Data related activities are meeting required standards Monitor the regulatory development related to data privacy and governance and act as compliance support for the Implementation of DPDPA.

Provide expert advice on the implementation and application of business level Digital and Data controls as per the compliance requirements to ensure that the risk of non-compliance is mitigated

Monitor the regulatory development related to guidelines issued by TRAI and act as compliance support for the Implementation of TRAI guidelines.

Liaise with Internal Audit, compliance and Risk Management to coordinate Audits and also track and report new, current and outstanding issues
