About the Client:

\nResponsibilities
\nTranslate build strategies (BTO/BTF) into actionable supply plans
\nEnsure flawless execution of supply plans, implementing corrective actions for any deviations .
\nActively participate in shaping capacity plans to seamlessly integrate with operational blueprints
\nOwn the creation and delivery of weekly and monthly forecasts to OSAT partners, ensuring production plan and capacity alignment
\nContinuously monitor delivery commitments for critical raw materials, proactively mitigating disruptions to the forecasted production plan.
\nOptimize delivery performance to exceed customer expectations. Collaborate seamlessly with the Sales team to proactively address expedite requests and manage ramp-up demands. Ensure unwavering adherence to lead time commitments, fostering predictability and reliability in the supply chain.
\nImplement strategic allocation decisions during production bottlenecks to minimize disruption and maximize customer satisfaction.
\nAlign inventory levels with strategic imperatives while driving continuous inventory reduction across the supply chain. Proactively champion the successful launch of new products (NPI) and ensure seamless fulfilment of sample requests.
\nEnsure the integrity and accuracy of supply chain data by meticulously managing master data.
\nActively champion and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) through the implementation of ground-breaking ideas
\nDrive supply chain transformation by spearheading automation projects to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
\nQualifications:
\nBachelors in Engineering or Business Administration or related field
\nExperience:
\n2-3 years of Supply Chain Management within the semiconductor industry.
\nProven experience with fabless semiconductor operations including working with foundries and OSAT providers.
\nStrong understanding of ERP and supply chain planning systems, with hands on experience using these tools for supply chain management and planning.
\n
