\nJob Role:
\n1. Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
\n- \n
- Conduct skills gap analysis through surveys, performance reviews, and employee feedback. \n
- Work with department heads to identify training priorities and development areas. \n
2. Training Program Development:
\n- \n
- Design and develop training modules (technical, behavioral, soft skills, compliance, leadership, etc.). \n
- Customize training content to fit organizational goals and employee roles. \n
- Leverage e-learning tools, LMS, and digital platforms for online training. \n
3. Training Delivery & Coordination:
\n- \n
- Conduct classroom training, virtual training, and workshops. \n
- Coordinate external trainers, facilitators, and third-party training vendors. \n
4. Compliance & Mandatory Training:
\n- \n
- Ensure employees complete mandatory training programs (e.g., POSH, workplace safety, data security). Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory training requirements. \n
5. Learning & Development (L&D) Initiatives:
\n- \n
- Implement leadership development programs for high-potential employees. \n
- Promote cross-functional training and career growth opportunities. \n
6. Training Evaluation & ROI Measurement:

- Assess training e ectiveness through feedback, post-training assessments, and employee performance improvements. \n
- Track training impact using KPIs, learning analytics, and reporting tools. \n
- Prepare monthly and annual training reports for management. \n
