\nThe Demand Planning & Workforce Intelligence (DPWI) team is building an AI-powered command center that transforms workforce management from reactive operations to intelligent orchestration. This transformation anticipates operational needs, automates resource allocation, and elevates support functions from tactical execution to strategic enablement. DPWI drives data-driven decision making across 30+ global Selling Partner Services operations programs, delivering mission-critical volume predictions and actionable planning insights through state of the art data science solutions, centralized forecasting platforms and automated predictive solutions at scale.\n

\nThe DPWI team is seeking a Program Manager to drive end-to-end program execution for complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning Intelligent Forecasting, Dynamic Capacity Planning, and Predictive Workforce Management. This role sits at the forefront of GenAI innovation, orchestrating the delivery of GenAI/LLM-powered solutions that transform operations and workforce management for one of the world's largest operations networks. The Program Manager will drive alignment across engineering, data science, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of AI-powered products that consolidate resource planning, 3P WFM tool management, and queue & routing management at scale.\n

\nKey job responsibilities\n
\nOwn end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery for complex, multi-team initiatives across DPWI's portfolio of AI-powered forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce management solutions\n
\n
\nDefine and manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring on-time delivery of GenAI/LLM-powered products.\n
\n
\nDrive cross-functional coordination between data scientists, ML engineers, software development teams, operations stakeholders, and business partners to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.\n
\n
\nEstablish and manage program governance mechanisms including sprint cadences, status reporting, escalation paths, and decision-making frameworks for AI/ML product delivery\n
\n
\nPartner with Product Managers to translate product vision into executable program plans, breaking down complex AI/ML initiatives into phased delivery milestones with clear success criteria\n
\n
\nLead stakeholder management across global SPS operations, driving adoption of centralized forecasting platforms by coordinating onboarding, change management, and enablement activities for Finance, Operations, and Business Partners\n
\n
\n

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

\n

- 3+ years of program or project management experience\n
\n- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience\n
\n- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience\n
\n- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL\n
\n- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements\n
\n

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

\n

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience\n
\n- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience\n
\n- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization\n
\n- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules\n
\n
