Job Description
- Chance to lead the plant finance operations for a global firm \n
- Leading 4 large plants in the western side of India \n\n
- Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards within the plant. \n
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to management for decision-making. \n
- Monitor and control plant budgets, costs, and financial forecasts. \n
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize financial performance. \n
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements. \n
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement. \n
- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors as required. \n
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures within the plant. \n\n
- Should have a CMA qualification \n
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance. \n
- Experience in the Chemical Industry or a similar manufacturing environment. \n
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management. \n
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. \n
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
