Job Description
- The candidate should bring strong hunting experience,in BFSI. \n
- The role is well‑suited for both seasoned ICs and people managers. \n\n
- Lead the end‑to‑end West sales charter for the organisation, owning revenue, forecasting, and pipeline health. \n
- Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing sales organisation, with strong people‑management credentials and prior experience leading mid‑sized to large teams. \n
- Drive strategic account acquisition across mid‑market and enterprise segments, with hands‑on familiarity selling SaaS products within India. \n
- Oversee sales planning, GTM execution, quarterly planning, and process optimization across the sales funnel. \n
- Partner closely with marketing, customer success, and product leadership to drive a cohesive growth strategy. \n
- Bring strong experience in building repeatable, data‑driven sales motions, and implementing sales frameworks suitable for fast‑scaling SaaS environments. \n\n
- 10-20 years of experience, with at least 8-10 years in SaaS sales and a strong track record of selling into BFSI \n
- ICs with strong hunting background or connections in BFSI segment are also preffered. \n
- Deep understanding of India's enterprise and mid‑market buyer landscape, specifically in BFSI. \n
- Strong executive presence, data‑driven decision making, and the ability to navigate fast‑paced, evolving environments. \n
- Mumbai‑based or open to relocating to Mumbai.
