- A degree in Law from a recognised institution. \n
- Strong understanding of financial services and fund management regulations. \n
- Experience in handling legal and compliance matters in the financial services industry. \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively to non-legal stakeholders. \n
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team in a professional setting.
