Job Description
Key Responsibilities: \n
- \n
- Solicit budgetary and firm RFQs from customers and ensure timely submission of quotations. \n
- Identify new projects and continuously expand customer base. \n
- Conduct cold calls and field visits to generate new business opportunities. \n
- Deliver annual and quarterly sales targets for assigned territories. \n
- Prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals including: \n
- Product selection \n
- Costing & pricing \n
- Commercial terms \n
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments for timely and error-free quotation submissions. \n
- Maintain regular and meaningful customer visits (India & overseas). \n
- Conduct technical discussions and lead negotiations independently. \n
- Proactively track market trends and identify new growth opportunities. \n
- Take additional responsibilities as assigned by management. \n
- \n
- Minimum 12+ years in Industrial Sales. \n
- At least 6 years of: \n
- Cold calling \n
- Field sales \n
- Technical discussions \n
- Commercial negotiations \n
- Overseas direct sales experience (field visits & negotiation) Preferred. \n
- Proven track record of achieving assigned sales targets. \n

- Strong Mechanical Engineering knowledge. \n
- Experience in technical/solution selling. \n
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. \n
- Strong team collaboration and leadership ability. \n
- Strategic thinking and opportunity scanning capability. \n
- DISC Profiling / Thomas Profiling exposure Preferred. \n
