Description

\n

We’re looking for an Interaction & Visual Design Lead to create beautiful, human\n
\ncentered digital experiences across platforms and industries. You’ll combine systems \n
\nthinking with visual craft — balancing usability, aesthetics, and business context to design \n
\nexperiences that work as well as they look. \n
\nYou’ll own end-to-end delivery, partner closely with cross-disciplinary teams, and mentor \n
\ndesigners to elevate craft quality and consistency. This role requires hands-on expertise in \n
\ninteraction design, visual design systems, and accessibility standards — with a keen eye \n
\nfor detail and the ability to translate insights into intuitive solutions that drive impact. \n
\nA curiosity for AI-driven tools and emerging design technologies is encouraged, as we \n
\ncontinue to explore ways to enhance creativity and efficiency through intelligent \n
\ndesign systems.\n
\n
Key Responsibilities \n
Design Delivery & Execution \n
\n• Lead design delivery for complex, multi-platform experiences with a focus on \n
\ninteraction and visual design excellence. \n
\n• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that balance \n
\nclarity and visual appeal. \n
\n• Design and maintain component-based systems that align with brand and \n
\naccessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA). \n
\n• Apply principles of typography, color, layout, and motion to craft engaging, \n
\nconsistent interfaces. \n
\n• Collaborate with engineering to ensure visual and interaction fidelity in the final \n
\nbuild. \n
\n
Collaboration & Integration \n
\n• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Research to translate \n
\ninsights into actionable design outcomes. \n
\n• Use data and behavioral insights to inform design decisions and validate solutions. \n
\n• Act as a bridge between UX, Visual Design, and Development teams to ensure \n
\nquality and consistency across touchpoints. \n
\n• Participate in experience audits and design reviews to continuously raise the bar on \n
\ncraft and delivery. \n
\n
Mentorship & Team Leadership \n
\n• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to peers and junior designers on \n
\ninteraction, visual hierarchy, and system thinking. \n
\n• Support Design Leads with scoping, resource planning, and mentorship during \n
\ndelivery. \n
\n• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture rooted in design \n
\nexcellence. \n
\n
Strategic & Analytical Thinking \n
\n• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable design deliverables \n
\naligned to user and business goals. \n
\n• Leverage journey analytics, behavioral data, and KPIs to inform design choices and \n
\nmeasure impact. \n
\n• Present design rationale clearly, linking decisions to measurable outcomes and \n
\nstrategic objectives. \n
\n
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement \n
\n• Communicate design intent through storytelling, visual presentations, and well\n
\nstructured documentation. \n
\n• Represent design confidently in client meetings, workshops, and reviews — \n
\narticulating choices with clarity and empathy. \n
\n• Build trust by aligning design decisions with business goals and demonstrating a \n
\nbalanced approach between innovation and feasibility. \n
\n
Operational Excellence \n
\n• Contribute to Rightpoint’s design systems and best practices, helping drive \n
\nefficiency and consistency across projects. \n
\n• Manage multiple engagements effectively, balancing priorities, timelines, and \n
\ndependencies. \n
\n• Support proposal creation and design storytelling for business development and \n
\npitch initiatives.\n
\n
Qualifications \n
\n• 5–8 years of experience in Interaction and Visual Design with a strong portfolio of \n
\nshipped digital products. \n
\n• Mastery of Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, and design systems). \n
\n• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG/ARIA), and motion \n
\nprinciples. \n
\n• Proven eye for visual design — layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy. \n
\n• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills across \n
\nmultidisciplinary teams. \n
\n• Interest or basic familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows (., Figma Make, \n
\nMidjourney, Firefly, or similar tools).\n
\n
Nice to Have \n
\n• Experience in agency or consulting environments. \n
\n• Exposure to service design or systems thinking. \n
\n• Familiarity with design tokens and UI documentation tools. \n
\n• Comfort working across time zones with global teams. \n
\n• Exposure to early AI design tooling or enthusiasm for exploring AI-enabled \n
\ndesign systems.\n
\n
