- Lead the development and execution of a Overseas talent acquisition strategy, aligning with business goals and market expansion. \n
- Manage end-to-end overseas recruitment processes, from identifying talent to making final offers, across various geographies. \n
- Build and maintain relationships with Overseas vendors and external partners to ensure effective hiring solutions. \n
- Stay updated on Overseas labor laws, immigration policies, and work permit requirements, ensuring compliance across regions. \n
- Conduct regular market research and provide insights into Overseas talent trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring challenges. \n
- Champion the company's employer brand in Overseas markets, positioning it as an employer of choice. \n
- Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. \n
- Enhance the overall candidate experience by maintaining clear and positive communication throughout the recruitment process. \n
- Utilize data analytics to track and report on recruitment performance, providing actionable insights and regular updates to senior leadership. \n
- Collaborate with internal HR teams, hiring managers, and senior leaders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and strategies. \n
- Advise leadership on market intelligence and talent strategy to meet organizational needs. \n
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all recruitment activities. \n
- Ensure that recruitment processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements across multiple Overseas jurisdictions. \n
- Work independently while managing multiple recruitment projects across different time zones and markets. \n
- Have strong communication skills, capable of influencing and advising senior stakeholders on Overseas recruitment matters. \n
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers to ensure best practices in overseas hiring. \n
- Ensure recruitment processes and practices are continuously improved for efficiency and effectiveness. \n
