Associate Manager Controllership

Job Level: Manager Associate Manager, Controllership
\n Ensure compliance to Organization rules and Policy & US GAAP 606/842
\n Review customer arrangements for proper revenue recognition in accordance with company policy and revenue recognition accounting standards
\n Assist in the negotiation of large deals and answering revenue questions
\n Documenting revenue treatment for large transactions
\n Working with controllership and auditors on acceptance of the revenue dispositions
\n Provide revenue recognitions training to all stakeholders
\n Provide strategic initiatives and other ad hoc projects to the company in the area of revenue assurance
\n Support existing deals with Revenue Recognition queries
\n Provide coaching to increase revenue recognition awareness
\n Review and support updates to existing Services revenue policies and Accounting Manual
\n Support global compliance control framework
\n Coach and develop new joiners

\n Qualifications
\n Education and Experience
\n First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
\n 8+ years of finance experience
\n Experience in more than one finance function including Services
\n Knowledge and Skills
\n Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
\n Excellent analytical skills.
\n Superior business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
\n Superior communication and influencing skills.
\n Superior teamwork skills
