Job Description
- To lead finance strategy ensuring control and operational excellence. \n

- Oversee financial operations, including MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities. \n
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and drive adherence to company's financial policies and accounting standards (US GAAP, Indian GAAP). \n
- Manage SEZ activities such as endorsements, bill of entry filings, periodic returns, and compliance with SEZ regulations. \n
- Partner with business and site leadership to analyze financial performance and support strategic decision-making. \n
- Lead the preparation of financial reports, variance analysis, and corporate submissions. \n
- Drive financial control, discipline, and continuous process improvement across the site. \n
- Manage audits (internal, statutory, and SOX) and maintain proper documentation and compliance. \n
- Handle inter-company transactions and ensure timely reconciliations. \n
- Collaborate with shared service centers (GFS, CoE) to streamline financial processes. \n
- Oversee team performance, build capability, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. \n
- Support cost optimization, efficiency initiatives, and achievement of site financial targets. \n
- Represent finance in SEZ-related audits, filings, and liaison with customs authorities. \n
- Ensure timely clearance and endorsements of incoming and outgoing materials and capital goods. \n
- Maintain strong communication and presentation skills to interact across all organizational levels. \n\n
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as CA, CPA, or equivalent. \n

- 8-10 Years of Experience \n
- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. \n
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and regulations. \n
- Proven leadership skills to manage and guide a finance team. \n
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life science industry. \n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
