Roles & Responsibilities: \n

  • Heading sales of IT services / solutions to India geography
  • \n
  • Building sales pipeline and demand generation
  • \n
  • Responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading the sales team to achieve company objectives across the Indian market.
  • \n
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Indian market, aligned with the company's global objectives.
  • \n
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnerships to drive growth.
  • \n
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability metrics.
  • \n
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
  • \n
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team across various regions in India.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence within the sales organization.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
