Job Title: FP&A

Location: Chennai

Qualification: CA (rank holder preferred)

Experience: 1 year+

1. Financial Analysis:

Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Evaluate the financial performance of business units and identify areas for optimization.

Assisting in the preparation of financial models and business cases for investment proposals.

2. Budgeting:

Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and forecasts.

Collaborate with departmental managers to gather budget inputs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

3. Reporting:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

4. Management Information Systems (MIS):

Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of MIS systems.

Ensure that MIS systems capture relevant financial and operational data accurately.

Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of MIS systems
