  • Develop and execute segment‑specific sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • \n
  • Manage the entire Customer Life Cycle (CLC) from lead generation to closure and account expansion.
  • \n
  • Identify and acquire large enterprise accounts, new markets, and strategic customer groups.
  • \n
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for EV battery packs and energy storage systems (ESS).
  • \n
  • Drive and manage relationships with C&I customers, telecom operators, tower companies, and OEM partners.
  • \n
  • Lead negotiations for long‑term supply contracts, rate agreements, and strategic partnerships.
  • \n
  • Achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets for the C&I and Telecom verticals.
  • \n
  • Support solution customization for backup power, peak‑shaving, and hybrid energy applications.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales standards, and statutory obligations.
  • \n
  • Present sales forecasts, performance reports, and MIS dashboards to senior leadership.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for brand positioning, lead generation, and segment visibility.
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in strategic sales within the C&I, telecom, or energy storage domain.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of lithium‑ion battery applications, ESS, and related technologies.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated expertise in key account management and enterprise sales.
  • \n
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships and negotiate long‑term agreements.
  • \n
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing receivables.
  • \n
  • Customer‑first mindset with strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
  • \n
  • Leadership capability in building, mentoring, and scaling high‑performing sales teams.
  • \n
  • Strong process discipline, governance orientation, and market analysis skills.
