  • Drive new GCC/GIC client acquisition, engaging CXOs, CHROs, CIOs, and senior decision‑makers.
  • \n
  • Develop tailored proposals aligned to transformation, capability build‑outs, and enterprise needs.
  • \n
  • Grow existing accounts through cross‑sell and up‑sell of multiple service lines.
  • \n
  • Track market trends and refine vertical strategy to maintain competitive positioning.
  • \n
  • Manage revenue forecasts, pipeline creation, deal governance, and sales discipline.
  • \n
  • Collaborate closely with delivery and practice teams to ensure superior client execution.
  • \n
  • Mentor junior sales talent and contribute to organisational growth.

    The Successful Applicant

  • 12-18 years in sales/business development within top global IT services or consulting firms.

  • Deep exposure to the GCC/GIC ecosystem, talent advisory, and IT/ITES solution sales.
  • \n
  • A proven track record of closing multi‑million‑dollar new logos.
  • \n
  • A robust network of CXO‑level relationships across global enterprises.
  • \n
  • Outstanding consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
