We are looking for a Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Developer to design, build, and customize Field Service solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality applications that optimize scheduling, dispatch, and mobile field operations.
Key Responsibilities \n- \n

Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Field Service (FSL) solutions, including custom objects, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
\n - \n
Customize and extend the FSL Mobile App , including offline capabilities.
\n - \n
Configure the FSL data model (Service Appointments, Work Orders, Work Types, Service Resources, etc.).
\n - \n
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Jitterbit, or Informatica).
\n - \n
Write clean, maintainable code with strong unit tests and participate in code reviews.
\n - \n
Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and QA to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
\n - \n
Follow Agile/Scrum best practices and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
\n - \n
Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Copado).
\n

3–7 years of total Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years of hands-on FSL .
\n - \n
Strong proficiency in Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Salesforce administration/configuration.
\n - \n
In-depth understanding of FSL data model, architecture, and scheduling/dispatch concepts .
\n - \n
Experience with REST/SOAP API development and third-party integrations.
\n - \n
Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
\n - \n
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado).
\n

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and/or Field Service Consultant certification.
\n - \n
Familiarity with Visualforce, Lightning Scheduler, or other Salesforce add-ons.
\n - \n
Experience with ERP integration and middleware tools.
\n

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
\n - \n
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
\n - \n
Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers when needed.
