Job Description
- Only candidates with 12+ yrs in hospitality, estate, or residential ops apply \n

- Oversee end-to-end residential operations of the private estate, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. \n
- Manage domestic staff including housekeeping, kitchen teams, security personnel, and drivers. \n
- Plan rosters, supervise performance, and ensure coordination across service teams. \n
- Manage vendors, service providers, and quality control of all supplies and residential services. \n
- Oversee security arrangements, guest management, hospitality logistics, and upkeep of estate facilities. \n
- Role requires weekend working; weekly day off will be provided on a weekday. \n\n
