Grade Sr. Executive -Mechanical Draughtsman

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 12 th Passed

2. Completed ITI draftsman course & Good Auto CAD Knowledge, skill

3. Basic Revit MEP course

4. Advantage Diploma

Experience: Core Design Experience Min 8 to 10 years in Mechanical services - Public Health Engineering, Fire Fighting & HVAC Services in MEP real-estate industry Grade A Developer in India.

Candidate should meet below Job description,

Technical:-

1. Co-ordination with internal dept. Architect, structural, consultant, site team for smooth completion of project.

2. Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings and design intent.

3. Detailing of UG & OH Tank, and sections and sleeve layout

4. Preparing MEP coordinated layout & Sections.

5. Preparation of Terrace looping and down take Layout for water supply pipe

6. Preparation of Internal water supply pipe layout

7. Preparation of Internal Drainage pipe layout

8. Preparation of External Wastewater network, with pipeline levels matching the

Surrounding sewage main lines

9. Routing of the pipelines for Sewage & Water supply

10. Co-ordinated drawing for SWD, drainage & RWH at ground level

11. Preparation of plumbing & Fire Fighting schematic Layout

12. Preparation of AC layouts VRF & Split AC s, Added advantage if knowledge on chilled water system HVAC layout

13. Added advantage if knowledge on calculations

14. Preparing MOEF & HRC Layouts.

15. Coordinate with Electrical and HVAC system as per requirement.

16. Preparation of Fire Fighting Shop Drawing of Shaft Detail Layout.

17. Preparation of Isometric Using Piping Layout.

18. Preparation of Fire Fighting Shop Drawing of External Hydrant Layout.

19. Preparing Fire Hydrants & Sprinkler Layouts.

20. Preparation of Builder's works (Slab & wall openings).

21. Preparing Qty Take of sheet & BOM.

22. Documentation Project wise Filing & Scanning.

23. Site Visited & Site Issue Resolved.

24. Good understanding of local design standards, code & local authority requirements.

25. Added advantage of having knowledge on design calculation.

26. Review DBR & Concept design reports for MEP Systems.

27. Monitoring the Schedules for Drawing Submittal

28. Resolving RFI (Request For Information) received from site.
