Job Description
Key Responsibilities Mainframe Modernization & AI Integration: \n

- Provide deep technical expertise in mainframe systems and lead large-scale AI-assisted modernization initiatives . \n
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enhance intelligent agent capabilities for automated business rule extraction, code analysis, and transformation of legacy mainframe applications. \n
- Support end-to-end modernization lifecycle , including discovery, assessment, AI-driven code conversion, validation, and production cutover. \n
- Analyze and identify complex edge cases , legacy data formats, job scheduling dependencies, and embedded business logic specific to mainframe environments. \n
- Ensure accurate translation and transformation of mainframe logic into modern platforms while maintaining business integrity, data consistency, and regulatory compliance . \n
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define migration strategies, reconciliation frameworks, and target-state architectures for modernized mainframe workloads. \n
