Chatbot Developer

Experience in development of virtual agents (Chatbots, Voicebots) and natural language processing
\n Experience working with one or more AI/NLP platforms Cognigy AI, DialogFlow, Alexa, Converse.ai, Amazon Lex, Rasa, Luis, Kore.AI, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson etc.
\n Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: Typescript, JavaScript, Node.js
\n Experience in training Chatbots by analyzing historical chat conversations or large amounts of user generated content and process data
\n Practical knowledge of formal syntax, formal semantics, corpus analysis, dialogue management
\n Good problem-solving ability
\n Qualifications:
\n Experience in building end-to-end pipelines for developing AI-based conversational applications
\n Strong understanding of API integrations, single sign-on (SSO), and token-based authentication
\n Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing, automation, and debugging
\n Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (ex: Bamboo, Bitbucket) with end-to-end automation
\n Ability to develop unit test cases in line with project-specific standards
\n Proficient in working with HTTP, sockets, REST, and other web services
\n Skilled in extracting keywords and topics from chat logs.
\n Preferred Qualifications:
\n Familiarity with Chatbot tool Cognigy AI
\n Experience working on Generative AI and Agentic AI
\n Experience in Typescript, NodeJS
\n Familiarity with Sprinklr Tool
