Role Overview\nWe are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end business operations across events, client delivery, internal teams, vendor management, and business processes.
\nYou will work directly with the Founder's Office to ensure flawless execution, improve operational efficiency, and build scalable systems for rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Event & Program Operations (30%)\n- \n
- Lead end-to-end execution of roundtables, symposiums, and leadership forums \n
- Develop detailed event execution plans and timelines \n
- Coordinate venues, logistics, vendors, and hospitality \n
- Ensure seamless on-site event management \n
- Conduct post-event reviews and improvement planning \n

- Manage cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, design, research, and operations \n
- Track project milestones and deliverables \n
- Conduct daily and weekly review meetings \n
- Ensure timely completion of all operational tasks \n
- Resolve execution bottlenecks \n

- Act as the primary operational contact for clients after deal closure \n
- Ensure contractual deliverables are fulfilled \n
- Coordinate sponsorship activations and event branding \n
- Maintain high client satisfaction throughout engagement \n

- Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) \n
- Standardize workflows across departments \n
- Implement automation to improve operational efficiency \n
- Monitor compliance with operational standards \n

- Manage hotels, production agencies, designers, printers, photographers, and technology partners \n
- Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements \n
- Track vendor performance and quality standards \n

- Prepare operational dashboards and weekly MIS reports \n
- Track event readiness, budgets, timelines, and KPIs \n
- Present operational insights and recommendations to leadership \n

- Play a key role in delivering premium experiences for enterprise leaders, GCCs, government partners, and global technology companies \n
Compensation: Competitive Fixed Salary + Performance Bonus + ESOPs (for exceptional performers)
