\nJob Summary:
\nWe are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Administrator with 2+ years of experience to manage, maintain, and optimize our SuccessFactors platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules, expertise in system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization's HR ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities: \n- \n
- System Configuration & Administration: \n
- Configure and administer SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, and Succession Planning. \n
- Customize workflows, reports, and user interfaces to meet business needs. \n
- User Management & Support: \n
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure proper security and functionality. \n
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to SuccessFactors users across departments. \n
- System Maintenance & Optimization: \n
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches. \n
- Ensure data integrity and system reliability across all modules. \n
- Reporting & Analytics: \n
- Develop, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors reporting tools. \n
- Provide data-driven insights to support HR decision-making. \n
- Project Support & Enhancements: \n
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, working with stakeholders to assess and implement new features. \n
- Support ongoing projects related to SuccessFactors implementation and process improvements. \n
- Training & Documentation: \n
- Provide training to end-users on system features and functionalities. \n
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows and troubleshooting guides. \n
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: \n
- Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP HCM, payroll). \n

- Technical Expertise: \n
- 2+ years of experience administering SAP SuccessFactors modules. \n
- Strong understanding of system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting. \n
- Experience with system integrations and data management. \n
- Soft Skills: \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \n
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. \n
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. \n
- Preferred: \n
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus. \n
