\n The incumbent will drive end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across plant operations, engineering, and support functions. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing hiring, stakeholder management, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Requirements:

\n - 10–15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in non-IT/manufacturing hiring
\n - Engineering background (any discipline) preferred
\n - Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and closing roles across levels
\n - Strong coordination with plant leadership and functional heads
